Greetings all.  Here is the information Joan shared with the leaders
gathering yesterday:

 *Robert W. (Randy) Randall*

*July 5, 1925 - Aug. 3, 2014*

*Resident of San Jose*





 Robert Randall, beloved husband, uncle, neigh=C2=ADbor, friend, child of G=
od,
entered into eternal life August 3, 2014 in his San Jose home. Randy was
born in Washington D.C. His parents died when he was a young boy and he was
raised in foster homes.

After serving in the Civilian Conservation Corps, Randy joined the Army,
proudly serving in WWII 1942-46 in the Pacific, and 1950-53 in Korea.

Randy was a San Francisco businessman, founding Kath-Rand Lawn, Garden and
Janitorial, and working until he was 85. Randy was a mem=C2=ADber of Ebenez=
er
Lutheran Church (SF), All Saints=E2=80=99 Congregation (SJ), was a passiona=
te 49ers
fan, and everybody=E2=80=99s friend.

He is survived by his wife, Joan, their faithful family, a mul=C2=ADtitude =
of
friends, and his much adored terrier, Benji.


*Services* will be Saturday, September 13, 2014, 1:30 PM, Sunny View
Retirement Community, 22445 Cupertino Road, Cupertino, California.

Gifts in honor of Randy may be given to the Sunny View Foundation
Chaplaincy Fund, 22445 Cupertino Road, Cupertino, CA 95014, or

to Veterans of Foreign Wars, 406 W. 34th Street, Kansas City, MO 64111.
