Dear colleagues,
Greetings & awe for this incredible weather we are having -- including the
rain.  I pray that each of you is well and passionate about your ministries.

As I mentioned in my last email, the communication for the conference
meeting and elections in October were not clear nor well done.  So too the
nominations were not well excited.  The process for nominations is somewhat
convoluted and leads to much duplication in processes.  We needed to vote
on only one nominee to take to the assembly District D caucus, and then
there is additional opportunity for nominations from the floor, which could
during caucus override the elected nominee.  With all that said, I would
like to have a very brief discussion and decision on Thursday about how we
might proceed at this point in time.  Please bring your creative thoughts
and ideas.
See you all Thursday at Hope in Santa Clara.
