Program: The Art and Science of Management for Pastors: Leading the process
and basic skills by Jim Carlson
This one hour program will focus on developing skills for Pastors as
managers of the congregation.
Jim (Pastor Anne Carlson's husband) will share wisdom from his years as a
manager at Hewlett Packard and his recent experiences as a coach and board
meeting facilitator for small business owners and CEOs. Jim says, "I have
found that there are many similarities between a small owner run business
and a solo Pastor."
