Hello colleagues,

I wanted to let you know that the Sierra Pacific Synod Youth Committee has
a bunch of opportunities for youth from your congregations.

The youth who serve on this committee are in 9-12 grade, are interested in
being faith-filled people, would like to meet other Lutheran youth in CA or
NV, and can make it to 6 events in the course of a year (3 at Mt. Cross, 3
elsewhere with rides provided for everything).

There is no cost. There is only an election of their peers at the High
School Retreat on October 18th. And I know of youth who are elected without
attending the retreat.
District D is looking for
1 Youth Representative to serve for 1 year
1 Youth Representative to serve for 2 years
1 Adult Representative to serve for 2 years
