Dear Manda,

I assume that your stove is gas.  Does it have convection or is it a conven=
tional oven?

I will arrive around 12 noon to do the prep and cooking. I understand that =
we are eating at 6pm. I will try to remember to bring the cooking implement=
s I need. It would be helpful to have the administrator or someone to let m=
e in and show me where things are. I don=E2=80=99t plan to stick around all=
 day but I might if I have computer work to do and you guys have wi fi avai=
lable.

I can understand why you would not want to be there all day. The smell of t=
urkey cooking is usually too much for anyone and difficult to resist 'early=
 testing=E2=80=99 if you know what I mean.  :)
