Hello to all of you who were nominated at the last District gathering: your
nomination forms are due now!
They must be in the synod office by February, but before we can submit them,
they have to be signed by the Dean. At the last district gathering, we had
given you some pre-signed forms, and with Bob McKee's permission, I suggest
that you send these pre-signed forms directly to the synod office. Please
also submit a picture, an electronic picture would be best, you will have to
submit this directly.
If you do not have a nomination form, either because you never got one, or
you lost yours, I have attached one to this e-mail. That form still needs to
be signed by Bob.
Below are the nominees. I did not have the e-mail address for everyone, so
those of you who are pastors and recognize names of your parishioners,
please forward them ASAP

I understand from Pastor Bob McKee this morning in a telephone conversation
I had with him that you are the one who has been given the responsibility of
gathering the information on each of the nominees that were elected at your
Conference Assemblies this past Saturday and forwarding that information to
the Synod Office. To assist you in that process, since the Synod Office is
extremely short-staffed these days, it would help if you would send that
information to me and then I, in turn, will make sure it is all on hand and
all in order prior to the Synod Office staff receiving it.
Specifically, what I need from you are the names and contact information for
each of the nominees that were elected at your Conference Assemblies on
November 7th for:
Churchwide Assembly Lay Male
Churchwide Assembly Lay Female
Churchwide Assembly Clergy
Synod Council Lay Male and
Word & Sacrament Discipling Team.
If you would send that information now, instead of later, that would be a
great help. Thank you . . . in advance . . . for doing so.
I am assuming that the Deans each gave their nominees a Nomination Form to
