That's just stuff your browser remembered for you, with no
idea whether they were correct or not.  (Folks who worry
about these things disable this feature in their browser,
in order to minimize the pain of having a PC stolen or
used by some an unauthorized person.)

Google knows you as pastor-anne@comcast.net
I suspect that pastor@newcreationchurch probably just forwards
everything sent to that address to pastor-anne@comcast.net.
(This is just one of the downsides of using email addresses as
identifiers.)
