One clarification to the following dates. It was suggested at the last meeting to have the Nov. 6 meeting at Los Altos Lutheran. I have checked with Pastor David Bonde and the calendar and we can meet at Los Altos Lutheran.

Greetings all,
The Fall season starts this week, and none too soon!
I trust your Fall programing is off to a roaring start..
We had a great gathering on Thursday, 9/10, and developed some dates for getting together. Some of these dates I have already noted and some are new.
1st Thursday in October is the 1st at Bethel in Cupertino. Thanks Pastor Ben for offering
District meeting and parish voting meeting is Saturday, October 17
1st Thursday in November is on Nov. 5 the location is TBD
December is our annual Christmas dinner. It is now scheduled for Sunday, Dec. 6 at Prince of Peace. Thanks Sara for offering to host this. More details will be coming. This is a change from the Friday date, and hopefully provides for more spouses/partners/friends to easily attend.
The agenda for the Parish meeting on Oct 17th is:
1. nominations for lay male position on synod council (no incumbent)
2. report on the status of Encompass Ministry --- Pastor Jim Clark-Moore
3. report on Pueblo de Dios, and Hispanic ministry --- Pastor Sara Pearson
4. Other?????
