Thanks you Bob and Bea for all the hard work =C2=A0and inspiration you have=
 given us for the past three years.=20

I am humbled and challenged by=C2=A0your trust in me =C2=A0to be your dean.=
=C2=A0=20



My first focus is the challenge to find ways an opportunities for meaningfu=
l interaction by all our rostered leaders.=C2=A0 I do not believe it is onl=
y the dean's responsibility to be connected with each of you individually, =
but that we need to be in connection with each other for mutual support, pr=
ayers, and creative ideas for our ministries.=20



Bea and I will be chatting about this challenge next week, as we develop a =
model for being co-deans.=C2=A0 I am confident the discussion and the model=
 can be drug free!=20
