Hi -

*** IMPORTANT UPDATE IF YOU WANT TO EAT ON OCTBER 17! ***

We had planned to just provide a lunch headcount for the upcoming
meeting on October 17th at Grace Lutheran Church in Palo Alto.
That plan won't work given newly imposed constraints.  :-(

For each congregation planning to send one or more people to the
meeting, someone needs to reserve and ***PAY*** for the lunch(es)
for ALL the lunchers in that contingent using this online form:
 https://gracepa.ccbchurch.com/form_response.php?id=121

The form doesn't allow for visitors not affiliated with a congregation,
so if you know of any, just include them in your congregation's
headcount and payment.  If you need help figuring out what to do
in your particular case, please contact Gretchen Rauch at Grace

As far as I know ten people are planning to attend; someone from
each congregation will need to make sure to pay for lunch using
the link above.
