My congregation's social ministry committee has scheduled a refugee themed =
Sunday on Jan 24. To lead that we'll have Pr Paul Erbes of Lutheran Immigra=
tion and Refugee Service from the DC area at our place. Paul has written us=
 wondering if it would be possible to get together with other pastors in ou=
r conference to talk about the work of LIRS and give some updates on the re=
fugee crisis. Unfortunately, he's only got a short time in our area, but wo=
uld like to offer hosting a breakfast or lunch on Monday, Jan 25. He has su=
ggested the Denny's at 910 Saratoga in San Jose as a meeting spot. (Or anot=
her alternative?) I'm copying him in and you all can reply about interest a=
nd availability.
